The High Definition (handmade) process we use is called DYE SUBLIMATION and we do it on 0.045" thick aluminum.
We use vegetable-based inks that do not contain volatile organic compounds and that are sublimated in aluminum with pressure and heat. With this process the image remains inside the material and not on the surface as with ink printing.
The result is a high-definition image that is resistant to water and possible scratches.
We include suspension and mounting systems.
